I keep getting a "Connection Refused" error at both the LbNA and AQ

Yeah, I am too. The ISP says they know there's a problem and they're
working on it. Dunno when things will be back to normal or what the
problem actually is. (Though it *seems* to me to look an awful lot
like a DOS attack, but that's just a guess.) It'll sort itself out,
though, it always does! =)

It's been discussed before -- both sites coincidentally use the same web
hosting provider, so if a problem affects the web host, then both sites are
likely to be affected (or, if you look at it another way, if both sites are
down at the same time, it's not the web sites, but likely the hosting
company's servers). These kinds of problems tend to get resolved in short
order, so the best thing is to be patient and try again later.

After waiting on hold for 15 minutes, they told me that they've
isolated the problem and the cluster with our website would be up
"soon". I guess I should have checked with Ryan before picking our web
server to make sure that we weren't on the same hosting service. :)

Ah yes, the same ISP. That'll do it.
So much for redundancy!

That makes a good argument for clues hosted on your own webpage and/or
clues that are not reliant upon the means of electronic distrubtion.
Hence, the old fashioned way of doing things.
Good 'ol US postal service.
